THE HARDCORE RULESET: (EFT Version 0.12.11)

1. You can't purchase equipment from traders with money.
2. Roubles can be exchanged for Dollars and Euros with Traders.
3. You are allowed to barter for items with traders.
5. Mission specific items can be bought using money.
6. You can't use the flea market or take out insurance on any items.
7. Only keys may be placed into the pouch while in-raid. The pouch may be used to 'hold' any item temporarily while in raid but you can't move while doing this.
8. Only keys, meds, and items needed for quests may be placed in the pouch and taken into a raid.
9. No Scavenger Raids.
10. You can only play with other Hardcore Players.
11. Items required for hideout upgrades must be either crafted in the hideout or found in raid.
