This video highlights a sinister aspect of alcoholism in Latvia. People who choose this path not only damage their health but create additional burdens on stretched public services such as Ambulance, Police and Janitors whose work is paid for by the state. This project shows that cheap cologne is not used for its intended purpose but by unscrupulous sellers who knowingly prey upon vulnerable people. This surrogate alcohol is sold adjacent to a police station and only 40 meters from a school.

Our goal is to raise awareness and seek solutions such as banning the sale of cologne.
