Solutions for agencies with WhatsApp Widget and CRM and Google Reviews
I have a small marketing agency so i want to know if the following things via Google Reviews are possible via your software?
1) I want to put QR code with a Google Review link in restaurants or shops, so if the client scans the QR code he goes to a form where he puts his name, phone and email .
2) Does your software keeps the name, phone and email in a sort of CRM for further marketing purposes (newsletter)? Can be a CSV no problem
3) After he filled in his. credentials, he is redirected to a page with 5 stars to give a rating, if he gives 1 to 3 stars he gets redirected to a form to write his complaints and goes not to Google, if he gives 4 to 5 stars he gets redirected to the Google Reviews page to write his review.
All are my steps possible with your software?
