My Bread Recipe
INGREDIENTS
2 cups all-purpose flour,
½ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1½ sticks (¾ cup) unsalted butter, softened or
1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil
2 1/2 cups sugar
2 large eggs
1 (15-oz) can 100% pure pumpkin (I use Libby's)
I mix the liquid ingredients first and then add in dry - pour in 2 baking pans
greases - bake for 45 mins or more ( you must keep checking!
It's so good!
