This one is for all the new people that need a quick how to on making the cut in Resolve 17. It's all the ways you can cut video in DaVinci.

Besides your basic concepts of splitting a piece of footage into two (of which there are a couple ways!), there is also the tried and true Copy/Paste action if your needs are more placement based. And then there's cutting a joke. That one doesn't really need resolve 17, but it doesn't hurt.
