How to Organize your Projects with THE BUS THEORY
The Bus Theory helps you to make sure your projects are organized in way where if You or your Editor was to "Get Hit By a Bus" somebody new could come in the next day and pick up on the project and all the project files make sense and are organized in a way that anybody could make sense of them.
It's really a great way to think about project management and organization especially when you are working with other people on a team.
