how to update squad:
1:download the squad file

2:copy the file and paste to,-local disk C,
-Documents
-fifa 19
-settings
3:launch the game,on the menu screen,select customize tap
-open profile
-select load squads
and select "sep squadupdate by bensogaming"
press (A) to apply
_then open "SAVE SQUAD" and save the above squad
