The Funko Shop Screwed Me, Buyer Beware!
Let me ask you how you would feel? Lets say you get a Birthday discount code as something special from Funko and you see a really cool Freddy Funko Pop that you could get if you spent $65. So you go ahead and use that birthday gift code and you place an order for $65. You see the Freddy Funko Pop in your shopping cart and you check out. Its not until weeks later when you open the order that you see the Freddy Funko was missing. When you contact Funko they say there is nothing they can do, that they had written in the fine print that you cant use a coupon code with the order. You then write back and say your happy to return the pop that you used the code on or pay the $7.50 additional, because it was an honest mistake. The rule of not using a coupon especially a special Birthday one was in small print on a rules page and nothing was noted in the shopping cart itself when checking out. Since you saw the pop in the cart you would have no idea you would have to read the fine print. And they tell you tough luck they cant help you. Would you be less likely to order from Funko Again? Or would you be happy to continue to spend $1000s with Funko each year? Just think about it.

I open up a couple of awesome trades I made. And I got through a awesome bin full of pops from my Neighbor John including some vaulted Funko Pops.
