Today we are taking a look at Polar Ice X for Omnisphere by Jason Schoepfer at Rocky Mountain Sounds. This is a very deep library for Omnisphere with 1020 Patches, 52 Multis and 126 new sound sources. The sounds are a veritable delight to the ear and will fit a number of genres, be it Ambient, Electronic, TV, Film or Soundtrack work.
We are taking a look at all the patches in Polar Ice and due to the size, I have split this up into several videos. In Part One we are going to look at the Evolving Pads section along with the Human Voices.
Omnisphere is an amazing synth and for the return on investment compared to hardware, it is difficult to beat. So go grab a drink along with some snacks, buckle up and let's get to it as we take the grand tour of Polar Ice X.
