A delightful Vegan Chocolate Bark that's perfect for festive occasions. This easy-to-follow recipe is not only plant-based and healthy but also a heavenly blend of chocolate goodness! 🌿🍒 This is in honor of my mum's black forrest chocolate cherry cake! Healthy Black Forest Chocolate Bark Recipe

Ingredients:
Cherries (or fruit of your choice)
1 cup vegan soy-based Greek-style yogurt (divided)
Vanilla extract
1 tablespoon strawberry jam (optional)
2 tablespoons cacao powder
2 teaspoons oat milk (divided)
Slivered almonds (optional)

Instructions:

1. Line a tray with nonstick parchment paper. Arrange cherries (or your chosen fruit) on the bottom.

2. Divide your yogurt into 2 bowls. Add a splash of vanilla to each. In one, mix in strawberry jam (if using). Adjust sweetness to taste.

3. Add a small amount of oat milk to achieve a slightly runny consistency while maintaining thickness. Mix well.

4. In second bowl, mix cacao powder into the remaining yogurt. Add oat milk to achieve a similar consistency.

5. Spread the strawberry yogurt layer over the cherries, keeping it on top as much as possible. Repeat with the chocolate yogurt layer.

6. Optional: Sprinkle slivered almonds on top for extra crunch.

7. Freeze for about 4 hours until firm.

8. Once frozen, remove from the tray, and cut into pieces using a knife.

9. Enjoy your Healthy Black Forest Chocolate Bark straight from the freezer. It's perfect for breakfast, dessert, or any sweet cravings.
