In 2018, during my internship onsite interviews, Microsoft asked me a riddle. I think solving the riddle correctly was a big reason why I ended up getting the job offer. Though tech companies no long ask brain teasers/riddles during technical interviews, the problem solving process is similar and a good way to improve your technical programming skills.
