• poultry meat (I used chicken) - 600 g;
• Onion - 1 piece;
• champignons - 400 g;
• cream 10-20% - 150 ml;
• seasoning «Provencal herbs» - 1 teaspoon;
• salt and pepper - to taste;
• fresh herbs;
• garlic - 2-3 cloves;
• olive oil for frying.
Cooking time: 25-30 minutes.
