[Workaround] Unable to install Visual Studio in Windows error: Access Denied. Setup Engine

The solution that worked in this video is by disabling the McAfee AntiVirus Active Protection and then attempted the installation.

"Error 0x80070005: Failed to write run key value.
Error 0x80070005: Failed to update resume mode.
Error 0x80070005: Failed to begin registration session.
Error 0x80070005: Failed to begin registration session in per-machine process.
Error 0x80070005: Failed to register bundle."
