Inspired by the recent Stock, Aitken and Waterman documentary, I wanted to talk about the impact that the "Hit Factory" and similar production techniques had on pop music going forward. I lived through this time as a music-obsessed teenager and have some strong personal opinions about it. I've invited Pro Synth Network's Robbie Puricelli and 80s music technology enthusiast Paulee Alex Bow along to discuss the legacy of the music and its lasting influence.
