In this video, I have shown you how to fix lag and stutter on the Ryzen processor. If you have an Intel processor then you can try this too but make a backup of the Cyberpunk 2077.exe file first so that if the game crashes or occur some issue you can go back to the default game. In upcoming updates, CD Projekt may patch this issue but right now this is the solution for stutter-free gameplay. Some of the players also claim that they gain 10+ fps but in my personal experience fps become more stable and stutter less frequently.
