I'm often asked about where do I outsource our OnlyFans Marketing and how do I hire. I thought I'd give a little Office Tour showing a bit about how we work and explaining our team structure.

It also comes as a surprise to people when I tell them we manage EVERYTHING in house, I do not have a single person from the Philippines on our payroll. Everything is managed in-house by our team based in Georgia (Eastern Europe).

Georgia is quite a tactical location for small businesses and startups to be located as the Georgian government offers a number of benefits to small business owners, salaries are quite cheap compared to other parts of Europe, you can find a good standard of English and a European working mentality.

I'm also physically based here, which gives me the opportunity to manage and oversee everything rather than simply outsourcing to a virtual assistant.

I'm also asked why don't we just do remote working. When dealing with hundreds of phones, multiple departments who need constant communication and working together on setting up accounts and fixing issues remote would just overcomplicate the processes for us. The cost of an office delivers great ROI simply through improvements in productivity.
