This shows you how to connect an audio interface to the Iphone. In this case I used the Iphone 13 and plugged the audio interface (AMS-22) to a Shure SM7B. This interface also does take phantom power so you can use other microphones with it.
Components needed:
Genuine OEM Apple MK0W2AM/A Lightning to USB 3 Camera Adapter A1619
-A lightning to USB to charge your phone (optional)
A power extension plug or a powerbank
