How BAD is the Heavy Attack NERF?
ESO Update 38 and The Necrom Chapter PTS is now available to review and these changes are BIG! Several Class got some VERY needed Buffs including Templar, Sorcerer, Nightblade, Necromancer and Dragonknight. This patch will also include some very interesting changes to Melee Attack Range and a possible NERF to the super-powerful Heavy Attack Builds that have been so popular lately.
