Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment a anunţat că în această toamnă va lansa pentru PC, Nintendo DS, Nintendo Wii, PlayStation 3 şi Xbox 360 LEGO: The Lord of the Rings, un nou titlu dezvoltat de studiourile Telltale Games.

Deşi bazat pe universul creat de J.R.R Tolkien, acţiunea din LEGO: The Lord of the Rings va urma povestea filmelor realizate de Peter Jackson, jucătorii având posibilitatea să controleze toate personajele importante -- Frodo, Gandalf, Aragorn, Legolas, Gimli, Boromir, Merry sau Pippin -- şi să participe la evenimentele marcante ale trilogiei, precum lupta împotriva Balrog-ului sau asediul din Helm's Deep.
