How to Stop 🛑 Microsoft Edges from opening PDF files in Windows 10 - New Tech

In this video I will show you how to fix Microsoft Edge becoming default applicatiion for PDF files, PDF files won't open in windows 10, make adboeb reader default PDF viewer , disable microsoft edge from hijacking pdf image and video, etc. Microsoft Edge is somehow the default application for opening PDF files in Windows 10 regardless if you install Adobe Reader or not. If you would like to set Windows 10 to open PDF files in Adobe Reader instead then make sure you have Adobe Reader installed ( you can get it from this link https://get.adobe.com/reader/ if you don’t have it yet). Then,

1. Right-click a PDF file saved in your computer and go to Properties,
2. Open with option click on Change,
3. Choose Adobe Reader from the list option,
4. Click on Apply then OK.

That should make all your PDF files on your computer open with Adobe Reader
