Join Jonathan Goldman & Andi Goldman for a World Sound Healing Day Toning Experience
This event will occur at 11:45 am Mountain Time. These sessions will be broadcast via Facebook and begin 15 minutes before the hour and last for approximately half an hour. They include a guided meditation in which we create heart/brain coherence and then focus this energy with the self created heart sound "AH" to our beloved Mother Earth, toning for approximately 15 minutes.
