In this video, we are going to see configuration of VRF-lite. VRF stands for virtual routing and forwarding. VRF is a technology for creating separate virtual routers on a single physical router. It will allow us to create multiple routing tables inside a router.
By default, all router interfaces, the routing table are associated with the global VRF instance.
VRF is used with implementation of MPLS
VRF-Lite provides VRF without MPLS.
Typically used by Service Providers.
