Here is a mini-game in Rayman 2. This one is only available for the Dreamcast and PS2 version.

When you start the game up, the opening cut scene shows which has some humor in it.

This game is a bit more that I though it was. It can be a little bit addicting if you are looking to finish a single player game.

This one game I played here is actually one that went on for half an hour. Shortned for obvious reasons, but I put notes on the video and the Rules are read before the game stars.

You can play this game with up to four people too. Pretty neat but unfortunately the ONLY multiplayer game in Rayman 2.
