In todays Mass Effect Legendary Edition video, i'll be exploring the theory about Cerberus being the main villains/bad guys in the next Mass Effect (or Mass Effect 4 or 5).

Now this is just a fun theory so it's nothing that's confirmed. There are some hints that they may return in the next game - and maybe even the Illusive Man himself.
