In this video I run single and multi core Python tests on the M1 MacBook Air (16GB model). Comparing the Apple Silicon vs Intel processes to run the Python code to see which is faster in each instance. Since Anaconda doesn't yet support the M1 (or Apple Silicon) natively, you might want to look at other ways to run the code.
