Path of Exile 3.16 - SCOURGE - Toxic Rain Champion - T15 Juiced DOUBLE BEYOND with Abaxoth!
When I posted my A9 run someone wrote that I am jebaiting that this build is not tanky and doesnt have enough deeps.. I meaan... it is good enough for me!
Build cost around 15-20+EX. Bow is most expensive BUT you can craft it yourself 100% success rate just costs around 11EX per try.. can do this over and over until you hit T1 Chaos Damage.. and LVL3 Empower is good enough at 30C vs 11EX for a bit of damage at LVL4 and Enlighten cost around 3EX. Other then those things pretty straight forward and cheapish. Id say focus on getting 80% Phys and Evasion and 70%+ Chaos Res first then by that time you should already be almost capped Spell Suppress and if not get it on boots or chest to cap it. After that focus on getting damage up, 6link bow, bow craft etc, 6link chest, decent gloves and amulet with dot multi. Resistances and STR is a bit hard to cap but done actually pretty easy with jewels and cluster jewels.
