Back in 2018, my Pigua Zhang students wanted me to teach them the rare taulu (movement form) known as 'Qing Long Quan' (Teal Dragon Fist). I had not practiced that taulu in a few years, but did my best to rehearse it for a week, and then teach it to them over the course of another week, some 3-4 hours every day. During the weekend, after the training was done, I spent another 2 hours recording a summary of the entire seminar:
Part 1 - Myself demonstrating Qing Long Quan.
• Shifu Bluestein | Pigua Zhang Semin...
Part 2 - Going through most of the movements in the taulu, and explaining their mechanics.
• Shifu Bluestein | Pigua Zhang Semin...
Part 3 - Covering a few dozen possible applications from the taulu.
• Shifu Bluestein | Pigua Zhang Semin...
As your eyes could see, there is a lot of influence from the other arts I have been involved in, namely Xing Yi Quan and Jook Lum Southern Mantis.
I would like to thank my dear students Yuval, Dori, Tamir and Naveh for helping out in filming everything.
My apologies for the bad audio due to the winds in the background, and the obscurity of terminology I use at times. This was filmed as reference to students, not as a professional instructional video.
I have written and published a number of books on the martial arts - you can see them here:

My books contain a lot of additional explanations and answers to what you see in these videos.
