A collection of 74 bronzes works by prominent French impressionist Edgar Degas, featuring his signature work "La Petite Danseuse de Quatorze Ans (Little Dancer, Aged Fourteen), was gift to Purdue by alumnus Avrum Gray (ME '56). The Degas Collection will be displayed at a new gallery on Purdue's West Lafayette campus. As noted by the donor, these works will bring an additional perspective on life and art to Purdue students and spark creative thinking and problem solving to enhance their educational experience.
Thanks to Method & Madness for bringing their creativity and vision to this video that captures the essence of what this noteworthy collection means for the entire Purdue community.
