Most people with an anxiety disorder have a combination of physical and psychological symptoms.
However many people don’t know you can have physical symptoms of anxiety.

You think you’re having a heart attack, when in fact your anxiety is just making your heart race or you’re struggling to breathe.
Here are 5 physical symptoms of anxiety you might not know are caused by anxiety.
1- Rapid or pounding heartbeat - This makes many people believe they are having a heart attack or are dying.
2 - Headaches - People with anxiety worry for most of the day and have racing thoughts, this results in headaches.
3 - Stomachaches and digestive problems -
The gut also holds and expresses anxiety. This can include unsettling of the stomach, outright nausea, constipation, or diarrhea.
Digestive problems can have a particularly negative impact on day-to-day functioning.
4 - Excessive sweating - When you’re anxious or having an anxiety attack you will more than likely excessively sweat.
5 - Loss of libido - Anxiety can decrease your sexual desires!
