Home Minister Amit Shah rebuked Trinamool Congress MP Saugata Roy today when responding to Congress MP Rahul Gandhi's claim that Other Backward Classes (OBC) leaders and employees were underrepresented in the central government. In Parliament, Gandhi stated that of the 90 secretaries in the central government, only three were from OBC communities. He demanded a caste census as soon as possible. Shah strongly objected to the Congress MP's remark, saying, "Certain NGOs give you chits with questions to ask, and you repeat them here.
