What should our partner be like for their business to be successful? Here is the example of Danis Latypov, the founder of 3 Etagi offices in Russia in Sterlitamak, Lipetsk and Voronezh.
⠀
1. Responsible
Before Danis decided to join the Etagi team, he used to work for Transneft (one of the largest oil and gas corporations in Russia). He was responsible for the accounting and shipment of oil to Japan and Singapore. Living in Lensk at that time, he coordinated the work of 80 employees, with his monthly income being over 200 000 rubles. Even for his vacation Danis and his wife did not travel outside the country, because in the event of an accident at the site he should have been the first to be there.
⠀
2. Ready to take risks
Danis learned about Etagi by chance: he was looking for an apartment. When he saw the "Franchise" section in the header of our website, he realized that he had found what he was looking for.
He had a Skype interview, then he traveled to our head office in Tyumen. When the top management agreed on his candidacy, Danis quit his job. His friends and relatives did not understand how it was possible to quit everything and take a leap into the unknown. But his wife Maria packed her bags to go to Sterlitamak with the calm of a military wife. In August 2015, Danis launched his first franchise there.
⠀
3. Willing to learn and change
Danis had to learn everything from scratch: he never worked in real estate. He hired four people as administrative staff and began recruiting realtors. Almost 80% of them left that same month.
⠀
4. Willing to work towards a result
He had his first profit after 9 months, but it exceeded his income at his last place of work. For some time, Danis was breaking even, then making a little profit. Only a year later he felt he had firm ground under his feet and realized that he was doing everything right.
⠀
Today, all of his offices operate successfully. In Voronezh, for example, revenue growth in May 2020 compared to May 2019 amounted to 140%. The number of realtors increased by 18% compared to last year.
