Organizational and project governance establish the framework and processes for decision-making, accountability, and control within an organization and its projects. Organizational governance sets the overall strategic direction and ensures that operations align with business objectives. Project governance, a subset, focuses on guiding and overseeing individual projects to ensure they meet their goals, comply with standards, and deliver value. Both forms of governance are crucial for maintaining structure, consistency, and alignment with the organization's mission and strategic priorities.
