''ABOUT THE VREV-305 VINTAGE SPRING REVERB
The VREV-305 is an emulation of a very rare and iconic spring
"chamber" reverb system from the 1970s. The 305 is beloved
for its dense, complex and plate-like response. Unlike many of
its competitors the unit featured a custom-built spring tank
that included 12 (!) springs whose signal propagation times
were logarithmically equally spaced in order to form a harmonic series of reflection patterns. Using this approach the
echo density builds very quickly and exhibits only minimal
amounts of the splatty artifacts that spring reverbs are typically known for.
The Fuse Audio Labs VREV-305 is a faithful recreation of the
original unit including its unique spring reverberation chamber, its interactive graphic EQ, as well as a set of digital feature
additions such as a decay time control and a pre-delay.''
