I try and discuss the pros and cons when talking to police after you are involved in a shooting. Every Lawyer will tell you NEVER GIVE A STATEMENT AND ALWAYS REQUEST A COUNSEL OR A LAWYER.
This can be seen negatively by the Gov and Police and can change the way you are treated. So what is the right answer? I try and explain what I think from my years of experience in the criminal justice system.
The Gov is NOT your friend are words to live by. I probably create more questions than answers in this video, but will try and answer any specific questions in the comments.
Hope this help prepare you in case you are ever forced to defend your life or the life of others. Remember, failure to plan is a plan to fail.
