As I have always said, when I find out that something is not working as it should, I will announce it, this is one of the cases.
I had the unpleasant pleasure of seeing that none of them are capable of reading an Eeprom from an ECU that is over 20 years old. Even the cheapest programmer found on eBay for 10 euros can read that type of Eeprom.
