If you want to downgrade xiaomi redmi note 7 and note 7s from miui 12 to miui 10 then follow the procedure showing in this video.
In case you do not like miui 12 and want to go back to miui 10.

Bootloader must be unlock first to apply this procedure.

battery must get charge minimum 50 percent
must save all the internal storage data
remove screen password lock
sync mi account and google account for once then remove it

Data cable along computer must requires.
