Understand Text Field of Compose (Albert Chang)

Text Field is one of the basic components, but it is not easy to master. This session will cover Compose's Text Field API and the BasicTextField2 API currently under development.

Specifically, the following topics will be covered:
Explanation about each parameter of BasicTextField / TextField API and how to use them
How to create a custom designed Text Field using BasicTextField
How to use BasicTextField to create a special Text Field such as an authentication code input box
A (partial) solution to the problem of text jumping when Japanese characters are entered
Best practices for managing Text Field states
Why develop a new Text Field API
Introduction and future prospects of BasicTextField2 API currently under development
