YOUR VSCODE IS HACKED! (Vulnerable VSCode extensions)
Recent security threats have been attacking developer workstations through security vulnerabilities. I have listed some in my earlier videos, but this one is very recent: There are VSCode extensions that have been proven vulnerable, and many more unlisted. Join me for five minutes, and I'll discuss the threat and my thoughts on it.
In recent years, we've seen an increase in cyberattacks, and an increasing number is also testing developer or CICD pipeline vulnerabilities. As a software developer or a software engineer, you should pay some attention here, because if your workstation gets hacked one day, with all the credentials, secrets, and knowledge, it would soon become the worst day of your life!
