🔁Copy the file into :

C:\Users\(User Name)\Documents\FIFA 19\settings. and load it from the game :
Main menu ➡ Customize ➡ Profile ➡ Load Squad.
Be careful when you choose the file (see name) and make sure you load the right (given) one or delete others files from
C:\Users\(User Name)\Documents\FIFA 19\settings.
