Today I am taking the bus to go to London. I eat a lot of food.

In London, there is much to see. You can walk everywhere.

People that eat a lot of food need to do exercise.

I am standing at the bus stop.

Hello John! How are you? I am well.

Hello Peter, where are you going?

I am going to London on the bus.

That is very wise. People that drive to the city find it difficult to park.

I need the exercise. I need to walk more often. I eat too much.

I have a problem. I love eating and I work in an office.

I have got fat. I am overweight. I must lose some weight.
