Canadian gymnast Brooklyn Moors recently shared a video training an incredibly difficult skill that’s never been done in competition: a Full-Twisting Popkopayeva on floor. It consists of a double salto forward tucked with a full twist and would most likely receive a G-rating — since the Double Front, a.k.a. the Podkopayeva I, is valued at E, and the Double Front Half, a.k.a. the Podkopayeva II, is rated F.
