The Transition and Transform Properties in CSS3 allows us to add animations to our web pages without any external JavaScript. We can add complete sequences using nothing but the Transition and Transform property. In this video, I demonstrate how to implement a very cool hover effect over your photos or images. Allowing you to have the photo flip over to expose a title and text description when hovered over.
