Yields 24-26


Chicken breast 1.7bl/800gms
4 medium size potatoes 350gms ( half of quantity of chickens )
3 cups water
1 Tbsp fresh ginger and garlic paste.
½ tsp black pepper ( as per your taste)
1 tsp cumin powder
½ tsp red chili powder ( as per your taste)
Salt to taste

Veggies:
6 Tbsp fat ( butter or oil or mixture of both)
1 tsp fresh ginger & garlic paste.
1 large onion ( diced to 1 ½ cups)
3 medium size carrots (diced or shredded to 1 ½ cups)
1 large green bell pepper or French beans ( Diced to 1 1/2 cups)
3 Tbsp all-purpose flour
3 Tbsp cold Milk + ½ cup cold broth ( you can use milk alone or broth alone)
4 Tbsp chopped cilantro/coriander.
2 Tbsp chopped mint (optional)
