Elderberry Syrup
Medicinal Elderberry Syrup made from elderberries from our trees that were planted here on our land as part of our forest garden and as our protector. A tree to watch over our gardens, animals, forest, and us. We should hopefully have enough antioxidant rich antiviral syrup to last us through the cold and flu months, and if not, I thankfully have a few more bags of berries squirreled away in the freezer.
