Trey Gowdy - Co. Counciman Burns in Trey Gowdy's district tries to steal our land using a sewer line
(More details at http://unveiledtruth.org) South Carolina District 21, Greenville County Councilman Jim Burns who lives in Roper Mountain Estates, and Metropolitan Sewer try to put a sewer line next to our border so that they can claim an easement in our yard.
Why do they want to help Indians (RJR Venture Group.) and a Pakistani break the law to steal our land. What do they get in return? If a bribe, there should be jail time and fines for it.
Their sewer line should be CENTERED on a 45-foot easement (misstated in the video. The 45 was right, but it's a total easement of 45 feet.), which would make the sewer pipe 22.5 feet from our property. But Metro Sewer plans to put it close to our border, violating Greenville County code.
The worker at the end of the video thinks there's an easement on ALL roads in the County, but this is not true. It's only true for roads on which the County has a right of way. They don't have one on this stretch of road. See the details at http://unveiledtruth.org/archives/689.
