Cryo helps tremendously if you have low DPS as you can indefinitely freeze every enemy here.
Oceanid will remove random platforms over the course of the fight, except the middle platform (the one with the emblem) will never sink into the water.
You don't have to use Resin on the Ley Line at the end to get any of the achievements.

You have to kill every mimic type once, your kills are saved every time you fight Oceanid.

You only have to avoid the Water Bomb that appears when the Pigeon/Frog dies, not any of the jump attacks.
If you are sure you can't run fast and far enough away, you may also try diving into the water (jump into it or do a plunge attack). This works, but you must be under water at the same time the Water Bomb explodes, which is hard to time.
Alternatively if you have the characters for it, a well-timed vertical super jump or similar effect like from Venti, Keqing or Xiao can help to get above the Water Bomb explosion to avoid it that way.
