In this photography 101 episode I'll talk about ways to tackle backlit subjects, giving tips for both compact camera/digicam and DSLR users. When you photograph a subject facing the sun they often squint so it is best to shoot them with their back to to the sun. Unfortunately, this can lead to underexposed images. The good news is that there are many simple ways to combat this problem even if you have a simple compact camera. In this video I'll show you 6 plus ways to cure your backlighting woes.
