FL Lottery winners collect $10k prizes after being rejected for overpaid unemployment

Multiple people presented the same story to the ABC Action News I-Team. They won more than $1,000 from the lottery, only to be told they can't collect their winnings because they owed money to the Department of Economic Opportunity (DEO) — that they were overpaid in unemployment benefits.
