Super Easy Moringa Pesto Pasta 🍝
A good alternative for basil pesto is Moringa. A superfood that gives great flavor to your pasta dish.
Pesto Ingredients:
2 cups moringa leaves
1 tbsp. minced garlic
1/2 cup salad oil (olive oil is a good option)
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1/4 cup pine nuts (can be added)
Salt & Pepper to taste
Pasta Ingredients:
2 cups cooked fettucine pasta
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tbsp moringa pesto
Salt & Pepper to taste
Parmesan cheese & fried garlic, garnish
