FIX: Windows 10 won’t let me add a new user account
This video will show you how to fix can’t add new user account on Windows 10.
1. Press Windows Key + R then type control userpasswords2 in Run dialog box and click OK.
2. Go to the Users tab , click Add
3. Select ‘Sign in without a Microsoft account (not recommended)’
4. Select Local Account. Enter user name for the new account. Click Next / Finish.
5. Select the newly created user, go to Properties/Group Membership
6. Select Administrator from drop-down menu. click OK.
